Refund & Return Policy

At SofiePrint, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a thirty-day return policy on all HP printers and scanners purchased from our website. This policy explains the conditions for returns, the return process, and when you can expect your refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition. Returns must be initiated within thirty days of the delivery date. Products that have been opened, used, assembled, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return. Consumable items such as ink cartridges and toner are non-returnable once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team by email at [email protected] or by phone at 469-666-8377. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over one hundred dollars. SofiePrint is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
